We aim to dispatch all print orders within 3-5 working days (unless stated otherwise) Framed Shipping and Pet Portraits will aimed to be sent within the stated timeline on the website at the point of ordering.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has left the studio, please note during busy periods delays can occur with couriers.
